Requirements

Driver’s license:

Valid driver's licenses issued in your state or country is acceptable as well as international licenses.

Driving Age:

The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years of age. For drivers 21 to 24 years of age applicable charge is 9.95 per day.

 Additional Driver:

Additional drivers may be added to rental contract and must meet the same qualifications as renter. Additional drivers must be present to sign the rental agreement.

INSURANCE:

We offer CDW (collision damage waiver) and SLI (supplemental liability coverage)

Child restraint device:

Section 316.613, Florida statutes, requires every operator of a motor vehicle transporting children age 5 and under to properly use a federally approved, crash tested child restraint device. This car rental company has federally approved crash tested child devices available for rent.

Services

Shuttle bus: Intercontinental Rent a Car shuttle bus will provide you with pick-up transportation to and from the Miami Airport Terminal.

Cancelation Policy

There will be no charges or penalties to cancel a reservation up to 48 hours prior to the reserved pick-up date and time. For reservations not cancelled prior to the 48 hour period, a one day charge based upon the reserved rate.

Method of payment

We accept, cash, checks, credit cards, travelers checks, and debit card.

Accessories

We do have accessories that can be rented with the vehicles. The accessories are baby seats, SunPass and GPS systems.

Out-of-state

All Intercontinental Rent-A-Car vehicles may not leave the State of Florida.
